My name is Mpho and I am a first generation South African immigrant with IsiZulu and SeSotho heritage. I arise from a matriarchal lineage of women who employed a blend of sacred medicinal gifts and traditional rituals to serve the wellbeing of everyone they crossed paths with. It is the intentional teachings of these women (my grandmothers - bo nkgono) that activated an awareness within me to journey this life with my ancestral gifts.
I believe my soul calling is to utilise my ancestral gifts to serve the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing of those I am aligned to work with. In this sacred work, I am devoted to guiding clients in ways intentioned to establish or reestablish connection with their ancestors and spiritual guide team.
In the era of breaking generational toxic patterns and inheriting the gifts of our lineages, (re)establishing a strong connection with our ancestors is an integral part of this soul work.
When we connect with and honour our ancestors, we are empowered to walk our Earth journey in ways that not only enables us to see through the illusions but to thrive.
In a world and during times when we are often confronted / overwhelmed by feelings of being disconnected, ungrounded, lonely and so many other unpleasant experiences; I have become intensely passionate about restoring balance within my clients by curating experiences that ignite feelings of being at home - both in the physical as well as the embodied sense.
